I am the owner and broker for Prudential O'Brien & Associates, Inc. Real Estate.

I have been a Realtor since 1981. I am a member of Cabins in the Pines LLC; the partnership is developing 13 single family homes in the Keystone Resort.

I am the sole proprietor of O'Brien Enterprises, a development company that is now finishing a development known as Hamilton Creek. It has 50 building sites, located just north of Silverthorne, Colorado.

I was retained as a real estate consultant by Colorado National Bank of Denver in 1985. My agreement with CNB included marketing the Enclave Condominiums in Keystone (1985 to 1987) and the re-structuring of the Summerwood subdivision (1987 to 1989).

I have, in recent years, continued to sell REO property that CNB wishes to sell on the Western Slope.

I worked closely with Don Glen on the development of Phases one and two of the Factory Stores located in Silverthorne, Colorado.

I currently list the Dillon Commons commercial and residential building in Dillon, Colorado.

I manage the sale of the commercial and leasing of the commercial space (approximately 10,000 S/F).

On account of these activities as well as my general experiences in real estate Brokerage, I am familiar with commercial real estate sales and values in Summit County Colorado.
